Lois Ray Buchanan, 46, 530 S. Kossuth St., Osceola, was charged with third degree theft 8:08 p.m. Sunday at 806 Laurel St.

According to a Creston Police report, Buchanan bagged 14 items totaling $93.08 at Walmart in Creston without paying despite her having two prior theft convictions.

Buchanan was released from the Union County Jail on $2,000 bond.
