Mandi Lea Stowers, 45, of 300th Street in Orient, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension 1:07 a.m. Sep. 30 on the 200 block of West Jefferson Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Stowers had a blue glass pipe in her possession she used to smoke themamphetamine.

Stowers was ordered to pay a $105 fine.

A’Ryene Alea-Lee Dalton, 22, of 213 N. Kossuth St., was charged with first-degree domestic abuse assault 7:29 p.m. Sep. 30 at her residence.

According to an Osceola Police report, Dalton was in a physical fight and left multiple scratch marks on the victim’s face and neck.

Dalton was being held on $300 bond.

Russell Emmert Blohm II, 39, of 570th St. in Chariton, was charged with driving while license denied or revoked 1:42 a.m. Monday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Blohm was stopped at the intersection of Gustin and McLane and officers found that his license had been revoked for a previous OWI until March 1, 2021.

Blohm was being held on $1,000 bond.
