Richard Eugene Alan Ford Wilkins, 23, of North Main Street, was charged with four counts of violation of probation 12 a.m. Friday at the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.

Logan Dean Holste, 23, of NW 6th Street Apt. 4 Greenfield, was charged with eluding 4:06 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 34 east.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, while on patrol watching traffic in the 1300 block of Highway 34 deputies observed a black sport bike traveling at speeds over 80 mph. Deputies then initiated emergency lights and siren to initiate a traffic stop. The motorcycle continued westbound on Highway 34 at speeds over 105 mph. The motorcycle finally came to a stop west of the Clarke/ Union County line on the Union County side. The pursuit lasted approximately four miles. Through this the driver split same direction and oncoming lanes of traffic to try and elude me causing traffic to make abrupt evasive movements to prevent a collision.

Bond was set at $2,000.

Billie Ann Green, 41, of Michigan Street Kansas City, MO, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 34 Murray.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, during the stop, deputies could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Deputies spoke to the driver who admitted that the two females inside the vehicle were using marijuana. When deputies spoke to the females, Green told deputies that there was a pipe used to smoke marijuana on the floor board of the vehicle, front passenger side. Deputies located the pipe where the Green told them they would find it.

Carrie Nawacy Pendegraft, 41, of West Mills Street Creston, was charged with possession of controlled substance third offense 3:17 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 34 Murray.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, deputies could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Deputies spoke to the driver who admitted that the two females inside the vehicle were using marijuana. Deputies performed a search of the vehicle and found a baggie with white crystalline residue inside Pendegraft’s wallet. Pendegraft admitted the substance was methamphetamine.

Ronald Lloyd Kobel, 41, of Autumn Drive Belton, MO, was charged with interference with official act, possession of controlled substance third offense and possession of drug paraphernalia 4:07 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Highway 34 Murray.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, deputies initiated a traffic stop for a defective tail light and the driver said his name was Justin Elliott. After smelling marijuana in the car and talking with the two passengers deputies searched the vehicle. Deputies found several needles and a spoon in men’s cargo shorts, a passenger said they belonged to “Ron” and pointed at the driver. Kobel was then placed under arrest and admitted that his driver’s license was revoked in Missouri due to a child support debt. Deputies searched the pockets of the shorts and located several hypodermic needles and a silver spoon which was covered in a crystalline substance which was believed to be methamphetamine. In one of the other pockets was a black wallet with two Missouri non-driver ID’s and bank cards belonging to Kobel. The photo on the Missouri ID cards matched the likeness of the driver of the vehicle.
