Fernando Carrillo, 26, of Marshalltown, driving a 2015 Chevy, was cited for failure to yield when making a left turn after an accident 3:15 p.m. April 8 on North Main Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Carrillo was headed south on North Main Street and attempted to turn make a left turn and struck the rear corner of Linda Lee Sonius, 73, of Osceola, driving a 2013 Chevy.

Estimated damage was $5,000 to Sonius vehicle and $2,500 to Carrillo’s vehicle.

No citations were issued after an accident 8:16 p.m. Saturday on the 1800 block of 330 Avenue.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Erin Elizabeth Weber, 43, of Woodburn, driving a 2011 Chevy struck a calf owned by John Carson, of Woodburn.

Estimated damage was $3,000 to Weber’s vehicle.
