Donovan Kay Murdock, 55, of Chariton was charged with three counts of contempt 9:56 a.m. March 17 at the Clarke County Courthouse.

Tracy Allen Simmerman, 61, of Murray was charged with two counts of contempt 12 a.m. Saturday at the 2000 block of 130th Ave., in Murray.

Teion Jon Houge, 23, of East Arvilla Street in Garden Grove was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance – third degree – and driving under suspension 10:39 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of 220th Avenue.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, a K9 search revealed a pipe used to smoke marijuana, a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine and approximately four grams of a crystalline substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine in the vehicle Houge was driving.

Ceja Victoria Gerardo, 46, of North Green Street in Ottumwa was charged with drivers license denied/revoked and operation without ignition interlock 1:59 p.m. Sunday at 518 W. McLane St.

Timothy Troy Roettgen, 52, of South Jefferson Street Marshall, Missouri, was charged with OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia 12:37 a.m. Monday in the 2800 block of Highway 34.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Roettgen was asked if there was anything illegal in the vehicle after being pulled over for speeding, he told the deputy there was a meth pipe. He said he last used the meth pipe 20 mins prior to the traffic stop before he left Murray. A search of the vehicle was conducted and the pipe was located. A standard field sobriety test were conducted and Roettgen failed the Walk and Turn. Roettgen was issued a citation for fraudulent use of registration and no valid driver’s license. He was issued a warning for going 62 miles per hour in a 55 speed limit zone.
