Margaret, or Magee as she was called by family and friends, owned and operated beauty salons in the Corydon area for much of her adult life. She dedicated more than 40 years to her profession.

Magee enjoyed painting, gardening, crocheting and spending time with her granddaughters.

In 2016, Magee moved to Osceola, where she lived just blocks away from her children and granddaughters. She spent the last four years enjoying time with her children and grandchildren and making new friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law Charlie Canny, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many people she called friends.
