Travis Ray Johnson, 34, of South Gustin Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft 9:11 p.m. Oct. 26 at 216 S. Main St.

According to an Osceola Police report, Johnson was leasing an apartment located at 420 S Gustin B-6. Johnson had electrical services disconnected violating the terms of the lease agreement. Johnson then connected drop cords to an outside electrical receptacle providing electricity to his apartment. Management served Johnson with a 7 day notice to cure and took possession of the extension cord. Johnson then connected another extension cord to a neighboring apartment again providing electrical service to his.

Bond was $300.

Natashia Mae Foote, 34, of South Kossuth Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft 1:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at 2400 College Dr.

According to an Osceola Police report, Foote placed items in a backpack totaling $45. 20 with the intent to deprive WalMart of the property.

Brice Nicholi Turlock, 19, of West Cass Street, was charged with fifth-degree theft 12 a.m. Oct. 28 at 303 W. Cass St.

According to an Osceola Police report, Turlock went to the Clarke Law Center and admitted to taking a Nintendo Switch Lite and charger to the device. Turlock told officers that he took the device and charger to the Pawn Shop and pawned them for $65.

Ronald Dean Spurgin, 43, of East Ayers Street, was charged with violation no contact order- domestic 12:22 a.m. Saturday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Spurgin was observed by officers walking northbound in the 200 block of S Fillmore with Ashley Sheehan. The Spurgin and Sheehan have a valid no contact order currently in place.

Ashley Ann Sheehan, 33, of South Fillmore Street Apt. 1/2, was charged with violation no contact order- domestic 12:48 a.m. Saturday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Sheegan was observed by officers walking northbound in the 200 block of S Fillmore with Ronald Spurgin. The Sheehan and Spurgin have a valid no contact order currently in place.

Kevin Napoleon Rivera Diaz, of Osceola, reported vehicle vandalism 2:55 p.m. Oct. 29 at 220 E. McLane St.
