Caring community members help DeLong celebrate 71 birthday

A sign telling people to honk and wave, letting driver's know it was Willard DeLong's 71st birthday Sunday inspired Selina and Tyler Roling to gift him with a card, and little piñata. Prior to the birthday gift drop off the couple had never met DeLong, only waved at him when they drove past his house. "The happiness on his face made my entire month," said Selina.
