No citations were issued after an accident 7:38 a.m. Sep. 21 at E Eddy Saylor Parkway.
According to an Osceola Police report, Eric Paul Elliott, 41, of Lamoni, driving a 2003 Chevy was making a left turn onto Southwest Boulevard when Laurenz Thom Ramos Marigondon, 28, of Lineville, driving a 2016 Jeep westbound in the eastbound lane collided with Elliot’s vehicle.
Estimated damage was $5,000 to Elliot’s vehicle and $7,500 to Marigondon’s vehicle.

Tanya Renee Pashek, 43, of Osceola was cited for failure to have insurance and David Alford Imel, 69, of Osceola, was cited for failure to yield upon entering roadway after an accident 1:36 p.m. Sep. 21 at the intersection of Highway 34 and E Eddy Saylor Parkway.
According to an Osceola Police report, Pashek, driving a 1999 Pontiac east bound on Highway 34 when Imel, driving a 1992 Ford truck pulled out from South West Boulevard and struck the side of Pashek’s vehicle.
Estimated damage was $2,500 to Pashek’s vehicle and $100 to Imel’s vehicle.
