Gratitude flags by Montgomery

Mike Montgomery, of Mike’s Spray Paint Art has made flags to honor local first responders for their service. Montgomery has made flags for Clarke County EMS, Osceola Police, Clarke County Sheriff, the local State Patrol and the Osceola Volunteer Fire Department. Montgomery has been delivering the flags throughout the month of October.

Each flag has a thin colored line, representing the specific entity and a black background representing the fallen first responders of that entity. EMS have a white line, Police have a blue line and firemen have a red line on their respective flags.

“I just thought they all deserved more for what they do in saving lives and risking their own,” said Montgomery.
