COPIC awarded Clarke County Hospital a $74,948 grant to be used towards purchasing a Laerdal SimMan Mannikin and related training equipment. This equipment will be used by Hospital staff and area first responders to practice a variety of procedures, many of which are termed “low frequency, high risk”. The training provided by this equipment will better prepare our staff and community first responders to respond to a large variety of medical situations.
