Central Decatur places two on all-conference

Two Central Decatur made their way onto the all-Pride of Iowa teams released by the conference last week.

Lyndsey Dale was placed on the second team, and Hallee Hamilton was chosen for an Honorable Mention selection.

As a second-teamer, Dale started all 20 games she started in, scoring 198 points to lead the Cardinals and finish 14th in the conference. She was 68-for-157 from the field, shooting 43.3%, the highest on the team with more than 50 attempts.

Dale also finished with 52 steals, 15th in the conference, 44 rebounds and 32 assists.

Hamilton was second on the team in scoring, putting up 179 points. Her 51 steals were second on the team and 15th in the conference, one shy of tying Dale. Hamilton connected on the most 3-pointers last season, 25, to shoot 27.2% from beyond the arc. She also totaled 60 rebounds, and 34 assists.
