Cory Lee Sanford, 40, of 220 Avenue Osceola, was charged with driving while barred 6:58 p.m. Sep. 20 in the 200 block of South Jackson Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Sanford was operating the vehicle and pulled into the parking lot of L&S apartments located at 217 South Jackson street in Osceola. He was run through Iowa NCIC and has a Iowa barred drivers license. Sanford pulled into the apartment complex and exited his vehicle prior to officers arrival. He was later located and arrested on this charge.

Bond was set at $2,000.
