Jennifer Lane Miller, 34, of Oakwood Street Murray, was charged with violation no contact order- domestic 5:34 a.m. Aug. 2 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Miller violated a valid no contact order by being in the same residence and getting into an altercation with the protected party.

Bond was set at $500.

Charles Brandon Schreiner, 38, of East Webster Street, was charged with driving under suspension 2:49 p.m. Saturday at the Osceola Police Department.

Rebecca Lynn Harris, 30, of West Locust Street Davis City, was charged with possession of controlled substance third offense and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia 2:23 a.m. Sunday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Harris had in her possession a baggie of crystal substance know as methamphetamine and a pipe known to be used to smoke methamphetamine, a small bong and a small glass tube known to be used to snort noarcotics.

Bond was set at $1,000.
