Alan Lee Goetz, 31, of Des Moines, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 9:36 p.m. June 10 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Goetz was being arrested for a warrant for escape from the Iowa Department of Corrections. Goetz had a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine in his pants pocket when he was arrested. Goetz admitted to officers about having the meth pipe.

Bond was set at $300.

Shelly Kay Fulton, 56, of Crown Coloney apt. 11 Lamoni, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance third offense and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia 8:29 p.m. Sunday at 777 Casino Dr.

William Louis Ohrazda Jr., of West 12th Street Newton, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance third offense and third-degree theft 12:17 a.m. Monday in Indianola.

According to an Osceola Police report, Ohrazda drove a Ford Explorer at 104 MPH on northbound I-35 in the 70 MPH zone while attempting to elude three fully marked law enforcement vehicles that had lights and sirens activated. Prior to this pursuit Ohrazda had committed a shop-lifting theft at Wal Mart in Osceola and had been followed by a witness until law enforcement made attempts to pull him over. Ohrazda lost control and the vehicle entered the ditch and came to rest. He was observed by officers exiting the driver’s door of the Explorer and attempting to flee on foot but was taken into custody and found to possess methamphetamine and heroin and items of drug paraphernalia. Ohrazda has a prior drug conviction history.

The 26 stolen items from Wal Mart were valued at $478.69.
