No citations were issued after an accident 4:01 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Main Street and Shaw Street.
According to an Osceola Police report, Elsa Sharon Fletcher, 35, of Osceola, driving a 2016 Kia crossed Main Street to get onto East Shaw Street and due to a road construction sign in her line of sight she was unable to see Mary Rose Russell, 18, of Osceola, driving a 2014 Chrysler northbound on Main Street and Russell’s vehicle struck the side of Fletcher’s vehicle.
Estimated damage was $4,000 to Fletcher’s vehicle and $1,500 to Russell’s vehicle.
