Victoria Suzanne Woodcock, 31, of Wildflower Drive, was charged with a warrant 8:19 p.m. May 24 at the intersection of West Clay Street and Jackson Street.

Dakota Jordan Miller, 32, of Idaho Place, was charged with driving while barred 2:12 a.m. May 27 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Miller was stopped for the vehicle he was driving having registration that expired May 2020. A check of Iowa NCIC revealed Miller’s Iowa driving status was barred. Miller is barred until April 11, 2025 in Iowa.

Bond was set at $2,000.

Mark Jacob Humphrey, 36, of 4th Avenue West, Oskaloosa, was charged with drivers license denied/revoked- OWI 10:05 a.m. May 27 in the 100 block of North Main Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Humphrey was seen by law enforcement driving on North Main Street. Humphrey’s name was run through dispatch and dispatch advised officers that he had a revoked drivers license status through the DOT.

Bond was set at $1,000.

Cody James Long, 26, of Truman Road, was charged with contempt 6:45 p.m. May 27 at the Osceola Police Department.

Cory James Bonzer, 32, of West Ayers Street, was charged with drivers license denied/revoked- OWI 1:54 p.m. Friday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle because Bonzer did not have a valid license in Iowa. Bonzer admitted he was not the owner of the vehicle and that he also did not have a license in Iowa. A NCIC check revealed Bonzer was revoked in Iowa for OWI test refusal and is revoked until December 12, 2021. Bonzer also had warrants out of Warren and Taylor Counties for failure to appear.

Jimmy Eugene McBride, 42, of North Park Street, was charged with driving under suspension 6:10 p.m. Friday at the Osceola Police Department.

Brandon Ray Felton, 36, of Manor Drive, was charged with interference with official act 12:34 a.m. Tuesday.

According to an Osceola Police report, officers were dispatched to 263 Manor Dr. #104 for a loud music complaint. Officers have been called to this residence several times in the past for the same complaint. As soon as officers knocked on the door they could hear Felton cussing at them inside of the apartment. When he answered he was obviously intoxicated and argumentative. When asked to turn his music down he instead turned it up. At this time an officer took ahold of Felton’s arm and told him that he was under arrest. Felton tensed up and physically resisted. He was then taken to the ground and placed in cuffs. Felton was then transported to the Clarke County Jail.
