Trey Rory Adrian Diawara, 22, of South Kossuth Street, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief 2:01 p.m. March 21 at 1122 S. Ridge Rd.

According to an Osceola Police report, the vicim told officers that Diawara was tearing her car apart, saying he had ripped off the driver’s side front and rear door handles.

Estimated damage was $300.

Sophia Kate Lynette Ewing, 21, of 5th Street West Des Moines was charged with possession of controlled substance third-offense 2:01 p.m. March 21 at 1122 S. Ridge Rd.

According to an Osceola Police report, during a search of Ewing’s purse, a small THC vape pen was located along with the packaging stating that it was cannabis oil. Ewing stated that it would “probably” test positive for THC. There was also an empty black bottle that previously contained marijuana. Ewing then gave consent to search her vehicle. Inside the vehicle were more black containers, one containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

Erik Clinton Pounds, 42, of North Main Street Lake Elsinore, CA, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance third offense and two warrants 8:55 p.m. March 22 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Pounds was arrested on two warrants. Pounds admitted to having a methamphetamine pipe in his pocket. Pounds then attempted to drop a small cylinder container in the squad car with a crystalline substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Bond was set at $1,000.

Dewayne Lee Knight, 44, of North Howard Street, Indianola, was charged with driving under suspension 11:01 p.m. March 22 at the intersection of Clay Street and Main Street.

Bond was set at $300.

Blake Alan McDole, 25, of South Lincoln Street, was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct- fight/violence and assault with bodily injury 1:13 a.m. March 25 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, McDole was intoxicated in a public place and had gotten in a fight resulting in him kicking the victim in the face at Westside Tavern. McDole submitted to a PBT test with a result of 0.213.

Bond was set at $1,600.

Jennifer Lane Miller, 33, of 228th Avenue, Murray, was charged with disorderly conduct- fight/violence 5:18 p.m. March 25 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Miller was fighting with another person over a cell phone outside of the victim’s residence. The verbal shouting match ended up inside of the victim’s residence where the fight turned physical.

Bond was set at $300.

Teresa Marie Husted, 38, of Oakwood Street, was charged with disorderly conduct-fight/violence and domestic abuse assault third offense 5:45 p.m. March 25 at the Osceola Police Department.

Husted was fighting with another person over a cell phone outside of her residence. The verbal shouting matched ended up inside where the fight turned physical. Husted was deemed to be the primary aggressor in a domestic abuse situation. Eye witnesses at the house as well as the victim stated that Husted jumped on the victim’s back, had her in a brief choke hold, and was hitting her. The victim had minor injuries to her finger and lip due to the altercation.

Bond was set at $5,300.
