Amy Marie Tasler, 41, of U Avenue Grand Junction, was charged with violation of probation 12 a.m. Sep. 14 at Greene County Law Center.

Vicky Lee Dearing, 42, of 14th Street Eagleville, MO, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 12 a.m. Sep. 17 at the Clarke County Courthouse.

Jerald Ray Ogg, 57, of Mateer Dr. Osceola, was charged with controlled substance violation and possession of drug paraphernalia 12:14 a.m. Sep. 17 at 117-11 Mateer Dr.

According to an Osceola Police report, Ogg had three individual baggies of methamphetamine sitting next to a digital scale in his bedroom at 117 Mateer Dr. #11. One of the baggies was field tested and tested positeve. The arresting officer stated that subjects who have multiple baggies of methamphetamine with different weights have prepackaged those baggies of methamphetamine for sale in most instances.

Sammy Hay Lovan, 61, of 4th Street Des Moines, was charged with driving under suspension 2:33 a.m. Friday on the 2000 blk of West Clay Street.

Loby L. Lovan, 40, of 4th Street Des Moines, was held for another agency 3:19 a.m. Friday on the 2000 blk of West Clay Street.

Ryan Arthur Palm, 29, of Grove Lane East Wayzata, MN, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief 5:06 a.m. Friday at 777 Casino Dr.

According to an Osceola Police report, Palm threw an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser to the ground at Lakeside Casino causing it to break.

Estimated damage was $25 to the automatic dispenser.

Travis Glenn Ramsey, 35, of Benson Street Osceola, was charged with driving while barred and provide proof of financial liability 5:18 p.m. Friday at 115 W. Pearl St.

Ryan Arthur Palm, 29, of Grove Lane East Wayzata, MN, was charged with eluding, reckless driving and deposit/throw litter on highway 10:50 p.m. Friday on the 2300 blk of West Clay Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, a complaint was made about Palm driving erratically and throwing items out of his vehicle, Lakside surveillance showed the vehicle driving through the fron and back yard of a residence on the north side of the truck parking lot. After the arresting officer began pursuit with lights, siren and a fully marked squad car Palm entered Interstate 35 and eluded the officer at speeds exceeding 100 mph. Palm stopped near the 46 mile marker and after he was arrested officers found the location he had littered. Officers found a suit jacket, sunglasses case, paper and a sock that Palm had thrown from his vehicle.

Dannelle Mae Fisher, 22, of 1st Street Neola, was charged with public intoxication 1:10 a.m. Saturday on the 100 blk of South Fillmore Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Fisher was intoxicated in the 100 block of S. Fillmore St. Fisher was in the roadway yelling at bar staff from Westside Bar because she was upset for being told to leave the bar. Fisher had bloodshot and watery eyes. Fisher had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on her breath. Fisher consented to an preliminary breath test which indicated she had an alcohol level of 0.171 percent. Fisher later consented to an independent breath test which indicated she had an alcohol level of 0.203 percent.

Aaron Thomas Brininstool, 41, of North Deleware Avenue Mason City, was charged with driving while barred 1:05 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Main Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Brininstool was stopped by law enforcement for driving with no headlights on and was found to have a barred licence until Nov. 8, 2022.

Stephen Thompson, 56, of Maple Circle Drive Porter, TX, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 5:30 a.m. Sunday at Lakeside Casino.

According to an Osceola Police report, Thompson had a glass pipe he used to smoke methamphetamine in his possession. Thompson also had a socket he used to smoke marijuana in his possession. Thompson admitted to using both devices within the last few hours before his arrest.
