Vote by Mail with AbsenteeBallots for June 2 Primary

The safest way to vote in the June2 Primary during the COVID 19 pandemic is by Absentee Ballot. Voting by mailbegan April 23. This week all registered voters will receive a request for an AbsenteeBallot from the Iowa Secretary of State’s office. Simply mail the stamped,addressed Request for Absentee Ballot to the Clarke County Auditor’s Office. Requestsfor Absentee Ballots must be in the County Auditor’s Office by Friday, May 22.

Deadline for Primary Election AbsenteeBallots to be mailed is June 1.  AbsenteeBallots may be submitted in person to the Clarke County Auditor’s Office by9:00 p.m. on Primary Election Day, June 2.
