No citations were issued after an accident 7:19 p.m. Friday on Interstate 35.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Terry Dale Smith, 57, of Perry, driving a 2015 Ford north bound on Interstate 35 stuck a deer that entered the roadway.
Estimated damage was $5,000 to Smith’s vehicle.
