Megan Riley Wilker, 19, of Creston was charged on a Union County warrant for possession of a controlled substance 6:10 a.m. Sept. 16 in Clarke County.

Wilker was released to the custody of Union County Sheriff.

Tyler Scott Sutton, 27, of New Virginia was charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, a class D felony, and possession of a concealed weapon without a permit 6:10 a.m. Sept. 16 in Clarke County.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff report, officers stopped Sutton for a traffic violation. While conducting the stop, officers noticed Sutton had a holster on his belt. Officers asked Sutton if he had any firearms in his possession. He said he did. In the pocket of the driver’s door there were two pistols.

A check of Sutton’s record showed he had three no-contact orders in effect. A stipulation of the order is Sutton is prohibited from possessing any firearms. After being read his Miranda rights, Sutton said there may be a .40-caliber handgun under the driver’s seat. Officers did locate a .40-caliber pistol concealed under the driver’s seat. Sutton does not possess a permit for carrying a concealed weapon.

Sutton was released on $17,500 bond.

Amanda Marie Comly, 29, of Murray was charged with driving while barred 1:55 a.m. Sept. 17 in Clarke County.

Comly was released on $2,000 bond.

Troy Christopher Ryan Page, 28, of Osceola was charged with driving while suspended 2:11 a.m. Sept. 17 in Clarke County.

Page was released on $300 bond.

Timothy Troy Roettgen, 48, of Murray was charged on a Missouri warrant for violation of parole 5:23 p.m. Sept. 19 in Clarke County.

Roettgen was being held awaiting being released to the custody of the state of Missouri.

Christipher Brian Thornton, 30, of Melcher was charged with probation violation 5:30 p.m. Sept. 19 in Clarke County.

Thornton was being held to complete the sentence.

Teresa Marie Husted, 34, of Van Wert was charged on a Fayette County warrant for probation violation 1 p.m. Sept. 21 in Clarke County.

Husted was released to the custody of Fayette County Sheriff.

Ashley Marie Richards, 32, of Murray was charged with driving while suspended 1:07 a.m. Sept. 22 in Clarke County.

Richards was being held on $300 bond.

William Leroy Douglas of Woodburn reported items were taken between 4 p.m. Aug. 11 and 7 p.m. Aug. 12 from a building on his property. The door was damaged and items taken were five Stihl chainsaws, John Deere planter wheels, John Deere three-point quick hitch, planter hydraulic pump, Craftsman 80-gallon compressor, Honda 13000-watt generator, Honda 250 all-terrain vehicle, go cart, push mower and several other items such as hand tools and tool boxes.

Damage and loss estimate is $63,000. The case remains under investigation.

Paula Ra Campbell of New Virginia reported a woman’s gold ring, size 8 to 8 1/2, and man’s topaz ring with two small diamonds were taken between 8 a.m. Sept. 9 and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 10 from a jewelry box in her home.

Loss estimate is $800. The case remains under investigation.

Michael Dean Craig of Murray reported items were taken between midnight Sept. 11 and noon Sept. 16 from his residence. A window was broken and items taken included clothes and furs, household goods and tools.

Damage and loss estimate is $800. The case remains under investigation.

Roger Wade Phillips of Osceola reported items were taken between midnight Sept. 11 and noon Sept. 17 from a shed on his property. A window was broken and items taken included a Snap-on tool box full of Snap-on tools engraved with “RP,” horse tack, bridles, lead ropes and halters.

Damage and loss estimate is $2,795. The case remains under investigation.

Everett Lee Holtmyer of New Virginia reported merchandise was purchased on a PayPal account and sent to an address in Texas, but that he never purchased the items, during an unknown time frame.
