The Osceola Volunteer Fire Department throughout the month of February put in 36 man hours of monthly maintenance and 140 hours of training, 20 hours of officer meetings, 10 hours of community involvement and 30 hours of station work for a total of 156 hours of training, maintenance and education.
Osceola Volunteer Fire Fighters were called out to four vehicle accidents, one medical assist, two vehicle fires, one gas leak, one electrical fire and one fire alarm. Fire fighters spent a total of 34.2 hours responding to calls in the month of February.
Between training, maintenance, education and responding to calls the Osceola Volunteer Fire Department put in 190.20 hours of work in during the month of February.
