Funeral services for Vallee "Sam" Halvorsen, 73, of Osceola will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St. Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation with family present will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Terry Grimm, 70, of Des Moines, formerly of Osceola, died Jan. 27, 2012, at Bright Kavanagh House.
Kathryn “Kathy” Carson, 55, of Des Moines died Jan. 25, 2012, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola.
Mary White, 84, of Garden Grove died Jan. 25, 2012, at Decatur County Hospital in Leon.

Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola. Open visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Mary White, 84, of Garden Grove will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Osceola. Interment will be in Murray Cemetery. Open visitation will be noon to 4 p.m. Sunday with family present 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial services for Kathryn Carson, 55, of Des Moines will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at Kale Funeral Home, 301 S. Main St., Osceola. Visitation with family present will be one hour prior to services Saturday.
Glenna Jean Mutschler, 76, of Iowa Falls died Jan. 19, 2012, at Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls.
Dan Edwards, 29, of Truro died Jan. 15, 2012, near his home in Madison County.
