Ignite Conference

Osceola Big Chief FFA Members attended the Ignite Conference held on Saturday, Jan. 5 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny. The conference focused on building member’s skills in managing their emotional fuel tanks, diversity and similarity among members, servant leadership and service planning, and finally leading with integrity. We had three greenhand members go to the conference. They were Jessinda Davenport, Osten Blevins, and Breanna Selsor. Nathan Manternach attended a workshop to help prepare students for a State FFA Officer positions. Nathan learned a lot about the process and met new people. Overall the conference was a success and helped build our members’ leadership and focus on their futures.
