Real Men Sing’’

Wartburg College hosted the 7th annual Real Men Sing choir festival on Saturday, Oct. 7 on campus.

Six Clarke students participated in the festival with their director, Ms. Ann March. Seth Cisler, son of Jimmy and Bea Cisler, and Jarod Perez, son of Julio nad Judith Perez, participated in the 9th grade to Adult choir under the direction of Dr. Lee Nelson of Wartburg College. They performed “Zion’s Walls” by Copland  arranged by Koponen and “Come Travel with Me” by Farthing.

Alejandro Falla Ocampo, son of Nelson Falla Barragan and Liliana Ocampo, Eric Zaragoza, son of Estela Rosales, Lane Whirrett, son of Scott and Sara Whirrett, and Skye Williams, son of Sarah Carenter, participated in the Middle School Choir for students in grades 7-10. They performed “Cantate Domino” by Farnell and “Come Travel with Me” by Farthing.
