I want to say thank you to Governor Reynolds and her team concerning the planned Apple Data Center. [I am referencing the front page story in the Des Moines Register, 8/25/17.]
As a grandfather of 6 boys (5 here in Osceola), I want to urge the Clarke schools, Murray schools, and Southwestern Community College to work together to provide the best opportunities in learning Science, Technology, Engineering and Math [the STEM fields]. May we do whatever we can to give our students a head start in these fields and give them a boost for their future employment. May our schools and our community achieve a reputation of providing this for our children.
