Three Osceola boys compete for 2017 Junior Prince

Three boys are in the running for the 2017 Clarke County Fair Jr. Prince. The winner will be crowned 7 p.m. Monday, July 17, after the Opening Ceremonies in the Show Barn.

Jonathan Galvez, 9, of Osceola is the son of Robin Galvez.

Galvez just completed third grade, where he was involved in KW Hustlers 4-H Club, Osceola Children’s Theater, soccer and little league. His other activities include attending the Osceola Church of Christ. Galvez’ hobbies include basketball, swimming and helping his grandma and grandpa with their garden.

Blaine Thomas Cornelison, 7, or Osceola is the son of Tanner Cornelison and Sara Hiatt.

Cornelison just completed first grade, where he was involved in Clover Kids, soccer, wrestling and pee-wee basketball. His other activities include helping with the concession stand at the ballfield, picking up helmets and getting drinks people have bought. Cornelison’s hobbies include swimming, playing with his goats and being with his cows.

Easton Brokaw, 9, of Osceola is the son of Matt and Denise Brokaw.

Brokaw just completed third grade, where he was involved in the Clarke Mat Club, I-35 Mat Club, baseball, pee-wee football, Talented and Gifted and the KW Hustlers 4-H Club. His other activities include Clover Kids, guitar lessons, community service projects and Extension summer day camps. Brokaw’s hobbies include singing, playing guitar, fishing, wrestling, reading, dancing and going to play BINGO with all the grandmas at the Eagles.
