According to an Osceola Police report, Judy Kathryn Ketcham, 71, of Osceola, driving a 2009 Chevrolet east on West Cass Street, said she was stopped at the stop sign, looked for traffic and pulled out, where she made contact with a 2002 Chevrolet driven south on South Fillmore Street by Joeseph Allen Petty, 21, of Leon. Ketcham said she did not see Petty’s vehicle coming and did not have any injuries. Ketcham’s vehicle had the front license plate taken off in the collision, along with some paint scraping across the front bumper.
