Eric Jacob Adair, 30, of Benbrook, Texas, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 4:39 a.m. Sept. 27.
Adair was cited and released from custody and given a later court date.

Steven Michael Kiss, 18, of Murray was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief 1:55 a.m. Oct. 1. The original date of the offense was Sept. 20.
Kiss bonded out of jail and was set to appear in court at a later date.

Kayla Lynn Schultz, 18, of New Virginia was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 10:19 p.m. Sept. 30.
Schultz was scheduled for arraignment.
