Shawn Brian Leeps, 27, of Murray was charged on a Warren County warrant 3 p.m. Sept. 28.
On Sept. 28, Leeps was charged by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office and released to Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Cody James Long, 20, of Osceola was charged with obstruction of emergency communication and third-degree criminal mischief 9:25 a.m. Sept. 27.
Long was charged on two warrants by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office. Long was arraigned and posted bond.

Michael John Quigley, 29, of Grand River was charged with third-degree theft 10 a.m. Sept. 30.
The date of the original offense was Aug. 24
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Quigley was charged for having in his possession a canoe that was reported stolen Aug. 24. The canoe’s value is estimated at $600.
Quigley is being held in Clarke County Jail awaiting arraignment.

Troy Mitchell Johnson, 48, of Murray was charged with second-degree harassment 9:19 p.m. Sept. 14.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, a male individual said two people were blocking the road while he was driving his tractor and threatened to assault him. Calls were made to the man’s residence that evening threatening him with assault.
After an investigation, Johnson was charged with second-degree harassment.
Johnson was released on $1,000 cash bond.
