Clarke County Fair cutest baby contest results

Murray FFA Members hosted the fourth annual “Down on the Farm” Cute Baby Contest, Saturday, July 19, during the Clarke County Fair.

For the event, children ages 0 to five years competed in different age categories. Children were judged on their “Down on the Farm” theme attire and other categories within their age division.

The event was open to all Clarke County children with an overall Clarke County Cutest boy and girl selected. An out of county category was also added to attract others to the fair. Overall, there were 40 children signed up. The youngest child in attendance was Kyler Husted from Osceola who was just a month old.

19-24 Months: Best Dressed Miss: Rylee Collins

Mr. Handsome: Colby Nold

2 Years Old: Cutest Toddler: Emma Sorter

Best Attire: Blake Mitchell

3 Years Old: Cutest Child: Megan VanDyke

Best Smile: Alexandria Bundridge

Elizabeth and Chad Nold at Junction Creamery awarded the class winners with a gift certificate for a cool treat during the hot summer weather. Every participant was awarded a bag of gummy bears donated by the Clarke County Fair Board and a ribbon.

Judges were Danny Jensen, Courtney Tingwald and Fair Queen Ashley Jackson.
