Murray’s infrastructure

The town of Murray, Iowa, is at a financial crisis due to the lack of infrastructure repair in the town.

The city leaders have no short term or long term plan for the capital cost to repair and should be held accountable by the county supervisors.

I ask you as supervisors to get involved because our taxes are affected through the county first and redistributed to the city core.

The current streets are out of control. (The) city sewer is in dire straights, retention lagoon and supply water and members of the council have stated emergency fire hydrants near homes are not working.

Please get involved to address these issues.

You may contact me or any other town resident about the concerns.

This community deserves much more.
