Mark Stephen Hallberg, 38, of Lorimor was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, 2:38 a.m. May 17.
Hallberg was arraigned and released on $500 bond.

Tom Hofbauer of Moorland reported 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse, Kabota 72-inch zero turn mower, Holley carburetor from a 1973 Lemans, radiator from a 1973 Lemans and mag wheels from a 1973 Lemans were taken
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, the last time Hofbauer saw these items was last fall. The suspects made entry by tearing a door off a small barn and through a doorway in the garage.
Loss estimate is $7,700. Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this incident.

Tevyn Ray Denney, 21, of Indianola was charged with fifth-degree theft 6:17 p.m. May 25.
The date of offense was May 24.
On May 26, Denney was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Andrew Clarke Moffitt, 27, of Murray was charged with driving while barred 11 p.m. May 23.
On May 24, Moffitt was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Forrest Michael McDaniel, 20, of Ames was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia 2:30 a.m. May 29.
McDaniel was cited and released from custody. He is to appear in court at a later date.

Samuel Eugene Barnes Jr., 41, of Osceola was charged with driving while barred 10:52 p.m. May 29.
Barnes is being held in Clarke County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
