No citations were issued after an accident 3:45 p.m. May 22 north of Elk Street on Highway 69.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Anthony Eugene Dykes, 40, of Garden Grove, driving a 2014 Chevrolet pickup south on Highway 69, stopped his vehicle for another vehicle turning into a driveway.
Samantha Rae Ruth, 24, of Osceola, driving a 1994 Honda owned by Reez Painting, failed to stop her vehicle and struck the back of Dykes’ vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
Damage estimates are $1,000 to Dykes’ vehicle and $3,000 to Ruth’s vehicle.

Caleb Joseph Hanson, 16, of Osceola was cited for failure to maintain control after an accident 4 p.m. May 23 in the 2200 block of 250th Avenue
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Hanson, driving a 1994 Honda south on 250th Avenue, failed to make the turn in the road. Hanson lost control of the vehicle and it rolled into a ditch, where it came to a stop on its top.
Hanson said he was driving too fast when he entered the curve in the road.
Damage estimate is $2,000 to the vehicle owned by Angela Jeneane Hanson.

No citations were issued after an accident 10:50 p.m. May 23 at the intersection of 270th Avenue and Mormon Trail.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Betty Lou Hatfield, 63, of Van Wert, driving a 1999 Chevrolet north on 270th Avenue, crossed the center line of the road and drove into the path of a 2002 Volkswagen being driven south on 270th Avenue by Tannor Dayne Schuldt, 22, of Van Wert.
Damage estimates are $3,000 to Hatfield’s vehicle and $5,000 to Schuldt’s vehicle.
