No citations were issued after an accident 6:15 a.m. July 9 a-half mile east of Weldon on Clarke/Decatur Street.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Joseph William Parmer, 27, of Humeston, driving a 2013 GMC owned by Donald Reasoner, struck a deer.
Damage estimate is $2,300.

No citations were issued after an accident 1 p.m. July 8 in the 400 block of Vine Street in Woodburn.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, a 1980 Chevrolet pickup owned by Denis Hardy, 67, of Woodburn rolled down a hill on Vine Street and struck a legally parked 2001 Chevrolet pickup owned by Cody Wright, 30, of Woodburn. The force of the collision caused Wright’s vehicle to strike a legally parked a 1997 Ford pickup owned by Barry Wright, 53, of Lucas.
No drivers were in any of the three vehicles during the accident.
Damage estimate is $1,000 to Hardy’s vehicle, $8,000 Cody Wright’s vehicle and $1,500 to Barry Wright’s vehicle.
