Bondurant-Farrar 40, Interstate 35 16

TRURO — Turnovers once again plagued Interstate 35, as the Roadrunners fell to Bondurant-Farrar 40-16 here on Friday.

Senior quarterback Tommy Bregar threw for 138 yards and one touchdown, while rushing for 60 yards and a score. Junior Alex Middleton ran for 132 yards and Jon Young added 35 yards.

Four times the Roadrunners moved the ball into the red zone and came away without points.

Bondurant-Farrar intercepted Bregar twice, and recovered three fumbles.

Josh Block threw for 217 yards and three scores for the Bluejays, while Colton Halder ran for 147 yards and three scores.

The Bluejays also had several explosive plays, scoring on pass plays of 89 and 37 yards.

Interstate 35 (0-4, 0-2) travels to PCM, Monroe (2-3) on Friday.
