Republican Presidential hopeful, Rick Santorum will be in Clarke County from noon to 1:30 p.m. December 19th at Redman's Pizza & Steak, 123 S Main St. in Osceola.
People are invited to join Santorum for a piece of pizza and a question and answer session following brief remarks by the former Pennsylvania Senator.
The event is free and open to the public and is included in a tour of Iowa that will find Santorum in the State for most of the month.
• Republican candidate Rick Perry has announced he will be in Osceola at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 27 for a townhall meeting at Clarke Electric Cooperative in the banquet room. Clarke Electric is located at 1103 N. Main St. Osceola, IA 50213.
