ARRESTS
Terry Cox, Osceola was charged with possession of alcohol underage on May 25.
Jesse Escarcega, Osceola, was charged with public intoxication, criminal trespass, interference, and possession of alcohol underage on May 25.
Segundo Guzman-Davalos, Des Moines, was charged with public intoxication and criminal trespass on May 25.
Fredy Ramierz, Osceola, was taken into custody on May 26 for failure to appear on traffic charges in Madison and Warren Counties.
Joshua Kelley, Chariton, was charged with theft on May 27.
Joseph McMillen, Osceola, was taken into custody on May 28 for several warrants.
Elizabeth Hurd, Lorimor, was charged with an OWI on May 30.
Davis Elizondo, Osceola, was charged with driving under suspension on June 1.
Travis Utley, Osceola, was charged with interference with official acts on June 2.
Christopher Jacobs, Truro, was charged with driving while suspension, not having a valid driver’s license, not having insurance and was arrested for a warrant on June 3.
Aden Tamerius, Prescott, was charged with an OWI on June 5.
Burnis Dietiker, Osceola, was charged with 3rd degree burglary on June 5.
Jeremy Carson, Osceola, was charged with burglary and criminal mischief on June 13.
Carson allegedly forced open a door at 222 S. Filmore, with no right to enter and stole a pair of Back Ecko shoes. Damage was estimated less than $150.
ACCIDENTS
An accident occurred on June 15 when Carole Waterman, Osceola, backed her vehicle from a parking space into the side of a vehicle owned by Donna Lippold. Approximate damage to Waterman's car was $800. Approximate damage to Lippold's car is $2,000.
An accident occurred on June 13 when Anneliese Janssen backed out from a residential driveway and stuck the vehicle of Howard Parrott at the intersection of Kossuth and E. Fayette. Approximate damage was $3,500.
