Logan Tish Quinn, 22, of Harbach Boulevard Clive, was charged with driving while barred 6:34 p.m. Nov. 17 on the 3000 blk of Highway 34 Woodburn.

John Raymond Johnson, 36, of 1st Street Murray, was charged with driving while barred, 10:39 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, dispatch received a call of reckless driving of an older model chevrolet truck driving around on it’s rim, doing donuts and speeding through the town of Murray. Deputies found the vehicle parked in the roadway in front of 1029 Colfax St. and spoke to Johnson at the residence who admitted to driving recklessly through town.

Bond was set at $2,000.

Brandie Sue Whitney, 42, of North Oak Street Creston, was charged with two counts of contempt 9:05 a.m. Nov. 19 at 100 S. Main St.

Cody Lee Brandt, 23, of South Clarke Street, was charged with violation of probation 8:45 a.m. Friday at 100 S. Main St.

Dakota James Dyer, 22, of 16th Street Des Moines, was charged with contempt 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Polk County Jail.

Hiram Lavoy Annis II, 53, of 5th Street PO 31 Lorimor, was charged with driving while barred 8:28 p.m. Friday at the 1200 blk of Kansas Street.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Annis was ran through dispatch and it was confirmed that his license was barred. Annis was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while barred.

Bond was set at $2,000.

Brent Alan Prunty, 47, of 95th Street Allerton, was charged with OWI 12:06 a.m. Sunday at the 3100 blk of Highway 34 Woodburn.

According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Prunty was stopped due to a headlight not working and the third break light not working. While speaking to Prunty there was a strong odor of an intoxicating beverage coming from the vehicle. Prunty was asked for his license, registration, and insurance. At first Prunty attempted to handed over his bank card but corrected for his license. Prunty was again asked for his registration and insurance. Prunty was asked if he had anything to drink tonight and he advised he had not. Prunty was asked if there was any alcohol in the vehicle with him and he advised only in the trunk. Prunty was asked to participate in field sobriety testing. He was asked to step out of the vehicle and to stand to the rear of his car. His eyes were watery and bloodshot and he had a strong odor of an intoxicating beverage on his breath. Prunty was asked to perform HGN, Walk and Turn, and One Leg Stand. Each test was explained. The walk and turn and one leg stand were both demonstrated. Prunty Failed the test. Prunty also admitted to having three beers earlier. Prunty was asked to take a preliminary breath test and refused. He was then advised he was being placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Bond was set at $1,000.
