Juan Hernandez Valecia, 23, of North White Avenue Kansas City, Missouri, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance third offense 11:05 p.m. Oct. 14 on Interstate 35 southbound ramp.
According to an Osceola Police report, Hernandez Valecia was pulled over for speeding, couldn’t provide officers with a license, insurance or registration and had a smoked joint visible on the center console. After a search Hernandez Valecia was found to have marijuana and cocaine in the vehicle with him.

Anna Jo Lee Farlow, 19, of 9th Street Des Moines, was charged with contempt- violation of no contact order 8:50 a.m. Oct. 15 at 220 Townline Rd.

Kegan Lynn Kirscher, 27, of Kansas Avenue Lorimor, was charged with two counts of violation of probation and two counts of contempt- any other act 12 a.m. Friday at the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office.
