Kelli Renee Chapman, 22, of West Jefferson Street Knoxville, was charged with fifth-degree theft 7:08 p.m. Oct. 14 at 220 Townline Rd.

According to an Osceola Police report, Chapman admitted to taking a Wells Fargo Bank check from her former roommate and used the money to make a purchase in Pella.

Yancy Ray Delcambre, 21, of Herman Dupuis Road Breaux Bridge Louisiana, was charged with fifth-degree theft 8:42 p.m. Oct. 14 on Interstate 35.

According to an Osceola Police report, Delcambre’s credit card was declined at the Osceola Travel Plaza after he had pumped $57.99 worth of diesel fuel. Delcambre then left the gas station at a high rate of speed, ran a stop sign and was stopped headed southbound on Interstate 35.

Benito Manuel Bustamante III, 25, of Northwest School Street Leon, was charged with driver’s license denied/revoked- OWI 12:55 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Highway 69 and Garst Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Bustamante was stopped for an expired registration and was found to also have a revoked license for OWI until April, 15 2022.

Nathan Chad Karlzen, 38, of Southwest 3rd Place Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft 2:10 a.m. Friday on Interstate 35.

According to an Osceola Police report, Karlzen pawned two Chromebooks belonging to Winterset School District at Pawn Plus in Osceola for $100. After discovering that the Chromebook’s belonged to Winterset Schools, owner Joe Wright contacted the school and police were notified. The two Chromebooks had been issued to two students who reside with Karlzen.

Ross William Mulcahy, 38, of Burr Oaks Drive West Des Moines, was charged with assault- display dangerous weapon 3:17 a.m. Sunday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Mulcahy was in a verbal disagreement when he displayed a handgun in a threatening manor.
