Tory Jacob Dorman, 30, of Indianola, was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way and driving while barred after an accident 5:12 p.m. Oct. 5 on East Peal Street.
David Gonzales, 39, of Osceola, was cited for no valid drivers license after an accident 5:12 p.m. Oct. 5 on East Peal Street.
According to an Osceola Police report, Dorman, driving a 2008 Chrysler pulled away from the stop sign at East Pearl Street to cross South Main Street when his vehicle was struck from the side by Gonzales, driving a 2006 GMC truck traveling northbound on South Main Street.
Estimated damage was $7,000 to Dorman’s vehicle and $7,000 to Gonzales’ vehicle.

According to an Osceola Police report, Deborah Cristine VanSickle, 50, of Osceola, driving a 2017 Hyundai was stopped at the stop sign waiting to turn onto Highway 34 when her vehicle was struck from the rear by Tom Lee Steinbach, 44, of Villisca, driving a 1999 Peterbuilt semi truck.
Estimated damage was $2,000 to VanSickle’s vehicle and $100 to Steinbach’s vehicle.
