William Hill Sports Book coming to Osceola Lakeside Hotel & Casino

Sports betting in Iowa is fairly new and William Hill is excited to partner with Lakeside Hotel & Casino. This partnership expands the Affinity Gaming at Lakeside Casino.

William Hill already operates many of Affinity Gaming’s Sports Book properties in Nevada and now they are coming to Iowa.

“The Sports Book will allow visitors and fans in Iowa to further engage in the sports they love by offering a comfortable, modern space to watch, enjoy and place wagers on their favorite sporting events from baseball to football, basketball, tennis and more,” said Shapiro.

Special promotions and meet and greets will be held at Lakeside Hotel & Casino Aug. 15- Sep. 28 to celebrate the opening of William Hill Sports Book in Osceola.

Following its opening, William Hill will offer all new members the chance to win a $10,000 dream sports vacation for two with account sign ups running through September 28. The lucky winner will be able to attend a top national sporting event of their choice, including the Super Bowl, World Series, Final Four, Daytona 500, or the Masters Tournament. Additionally, all new sign ups during the same period will receive a Bet $50, Get $50 offer from William Hill.

Aug. 17 Priest Holmes, retired running back for the Kansas City Chiefs will be present form 2-4 p.m. Aug. 24 Andre Dawson, Hall of Fame outfielder for the Chicago cubs will be present from 2-4 p.m. and Sep. 1 Dan Hampton, Hall of Fame defensive tackle for the Chicago Bears will be present from 2-4 p.m.

“It was not a long process given our longstanding relationship with Affinity,” said Shapiro. “Their local Iowa team was excellent to work with on the design and location of the sports book. It came together in a few months.”
