Jody Lyn Schad, 34, of Ankeny was charged 11 p.m. May 26 on a Clarke County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
Tyler Craig Luce, 27, 2320 Lacelle Road, was charged 1 p.m. May 26 with domestic abuse assault.
According to a Clarke County sheriff's report, Luce assaulted his girlfriend, Meghan Johnson, at their residence May 18 or 19.
Saul Sanchez, 20, 105 N. Adams St., was charged 2:37 a.m. May 22 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated second offense, open container and no valid driver's license.
The charges stem from a March 22 incident.
Accidents
No citations were issued after an accident 12:55 p.m. May 23 on Highway 69 six miles north of Osceola.
According to a Clarke County sheriff's report, Richard Dean McKnight, 64, 1151 Highway 69, driving a 1999 Chevrolet pickup south on Highway 69, fell asleep, causing his vehicle to cross the center, enter the east ditch and roll through a fence.
Damage estimate is $6,000 to McKnight's vehicle.

No citations were issued after an accident 2:55 a.m. May 23 on Interstate 35 four miles north of Osceola.
According to a Clarke County sheriff's report, Ekpobari Williamson, 27, of West Des Moines, driving a 2003 Pontiac north on Interstate 35, fell asleep, causing the vehicle enter the median. Williamson attempted to correct the vehicle's path before it rolled, coming to rest in the median.
Damage estimate is $7,000 to Williamson's vehicle.
