On Friday, Feb. 26, Mary Lou Parker and her daughter, Christy Brommel, of Indianola attended the craft show that was held at the Iowa State Fair grounds in the Varied Industries building.  A lot of beautiful handiwork was on display and for sale and the floral arrangement displays were just beautiful.
Daylight savings time starts March 14. I saw green grass.

It is a good thing that Weldon can burn trash.  It gives a warm glow.  Burr, it is cold.

The City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk had a bit of spring brought into their office on Feb. 18.  Tammy Brown, who is a very thoughtful person, brought in a basket of beautiful and colorful flowers for each of the clerk’s desks.  It may look like winter outside with all the snow but looks like spring in City Hall.  Thank you, Tammy.
