No citations were issued after an accident 12:35 p.m. May 2 in the 1000 block of Highway 34.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Thomas James Wignall Jr., 37, of Creston, driving a 1995 Dodge east on Highway 34, started to slide on the wet and slush-covered highway. Wignall lost control of his vehicle and slid into the north ditch.
Damage estimate is $4,000.
There was a two-vehicle accident reported on Warren Avenue and Highway 34 May 3.
According to an Osceola Police report, the first vehicle was driven by David Arthur Steinbach and owned by Burlington Northern Railroad. The second vehicle was driven by Hector Jimenez and owned by Francine Marie Michael.
