Julie Sanderson Osceola

Julie Ann Sanderson, daughter of Leland Donald Isaacson and Donna Jean (Lindell) Isaacson, was born Feb. 24, 1961, in Red Oak, and passed from this life Sunday, June 9, 2019, at Clarke County Hospital in Osceola at 58 years of age.

Julie graduated from Chariton High School with the class of 1979. She has lived in Osceola for more than 30 years, working for Furnas Electric for more than 20 years and Osceola Foods for more than 10 years, until her health made her have to retire. Julie enjoyed fishing, jigsaw puzzles, gardening and flowers.

Julie was preceded in death by her father Leland Isaacson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her significant other, Elwin Hicks of Osceola; son Shane (Courtney) Sanderson of Missouri; daughter Brittany (Brady) Hixson of Cresco; mother Donna Jean Isaacson of Lucas; brother Kirk Isaacson of Chariton; sister Brenda (Mark) Erickson of New Virginia; sister Sherry (Tony) Pettit of Afton; grandchildren, Corbyn and Mason Sanderson and Cooper, Kinleigh, Harper and Ryker Hixson; as well as other relatives and many friends.

Celebration of her life will be held 5 p.m. Friday, June 21, at Osceola Eagles Lodge Aerie No. 3495 in Osceola.
