May fire report

The Osceola Volunteer Fire Department responded to three extrication calls, three good intent calls, three medical assist calls, one smoke odor call, two motor vehicle accident calls, one trailer/cooking fire call, one elevator rescue call, one smoke odor investigation call, one Haz Mat call, three vehicle accident calls and one good intent- alarm call.

OVFD fire fighters spend 24 hours on monthly maintenance, 60 hours in monthly training’s, 10 hours for officer meetings, four hours of community involvement and 33.5 hours doing miscellaneous station work.

In the month of May the Osceola Volunteer Fire Department clocked 133 man hours.
