The Murray Speech Team took seven performers to District speech at ADM on Feb. 23. They are rated on a scale from 1-4. One being the highest rating. Four being a disqualification.

Kendra Boles- Review (Rating 1) After Dinner Speech (Rating 1)
Alyssa Whitham- Acting (Rating 1) Poetry (Rating 2)
Roger Bundridge- Poetry (Rating 1)
Megan Johnston- Prose (Rating 2)
Kahlan Hollinger- Poetry (Rating 1) Acting (Rating 2)
Destiny Ashby- Acting (Rating 2)
Those who received one ratings went on to State at Nevada on March 9. Their ratings at state were:

Murray will have a speech showcase night on April 5 for all of the speech students to perform. It will start at 6 p.m. in the Jerry Brown Gymnasium
